Originally was impressed with service. But when I came to have fitting, Was not impressed with lady assisting , Non involvement....Was out of town and got 2 emails about coming in to get sized, Arrived day of event ten am,,,,,was given tux and was informed fitting was not necessary, That after noon USC Hall Of Fame Black tie affair, Had studs and links but ordinary dress shirt, Returned the next morning on the way to church and was told studs were there in case I hac another shirt, Good concept. Good organization,,,,But one person can ruin the whole experience,
Friendly staff who is understanding and extremely helpful and patient. Service is quick, when the shop is not crowded with last minute customers.
Quality and being ready to go
Honestly, this is a true first class place. I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent. Little issues they can resolve quickly. Nothing but the best to say about all of them and of course the rentals.
The rental items were not really in a higher class, but somewhat practical. The shop staff was excellent and very efficient.

The Northridge branch manager is wonderful. Not only is she professional and helpful but she also has the skill required to naturally put people at ease and answer all questions. She has the ability to handle tough situations and to keep the customer engaged even when the wait time is about an hour. She's the reason this branch is doing so well.
