For starters, everyone there is, and has been, very friendly and informative with me. They've been receptive of my concerns as well. When I had my wedding party doing their suits through Friar Tux, there were some problems my groomsmen had at other locations. I informed this location about the issues, and they made things right by me and my men. When it came time for me to be a groomsman myself, I was delighted to know that they remembered me and worked with me as good as ever. By chance, when I came in for measurements, fitting, and final pickup, Rachael helped me out each time. She was very professional, attentive, and a great conversationalist. When I came to pick up my suit, she made sure to verify that I had everything I needed, whereas once again, one of the groomsmen had issues with a separate location forgetting a piece of their suit. Luckily another groomsman had somehow gotten an extra of this piece, so the day went off without a hitch. I truly wish I had another reason to come back here, as I have never had a poor experience at this location, and will continue to return as long as I live in the area.
The associates in the Lakewood location was very empathetic and took their time to give my measurements. Great customer service all around and will definitely recommend to friends, family and business associates!
