I love that as small as my child is (11 months,) that he is SO happy. Everyone knows the children’s names, they all have a relationship with the children. My son loves going to “school” each day. The high security, the highly educated teachers, and the sweet faces when you walk through the doors make everyone feel welcome!

Our kids love going to "school" while we're at work, and we know that they're safe with the staff at Kiddie Academy! They have so much to talk about when we pick them up - it makes it so much easier to work while they're in daycare knowing they're loving being there, learning new things, and making friends.
Very organized, secure entry, safe playground, camera system, electronic daily reports, and meals/snacks provided.
Above and beyond care for the students as well as for the parents. Great communication. They are very on top of it with how they run everything.

My daughter has amazing teachers! We switched from a NC based Prek program back into a traditional daycare program, and I have no regrets. I see documented proof of what she’s learning each day through the app, and when I come in class and see her art. She’s always excited about going to school and talks about her friends and teachers constantly.

We love the daily reports and ability to check in on the cameras. It’s very obvious that our child gets plenty of attention and enjoys their time spent at The Kiddie Academy.

Enjoyable for preschooler.
Ozan gets such wonderful attention and care from every employee he interacts with. He is always doing fun and enriching activities. Ozan is excited to go to daycare each day and is very happy when he gets picked up. I do wish more effort was made to ensure he sleeps more but that’s a minor gripe.
My daughter is not even 2 yet and she knows how to count to 20 in English and Spanish, her ABCs, alphabet and she runs inside every morning making it way easier on us to leave her knowing she is happy
We have loved the teachers that our son has had - they have been very understanding of where he is on his journey and very much conscious of what's needed to help him be successful.
The two areas that might be nice:
1) It would be nice to have a way to connect with the parents of the kids in our class - that may be difficult to do for privacy reasons, but as we continue to encourage friendships with the kids, it would help to access the parents
2) When there is a substitute, it would be nice to know in advance when possible (know it's sometimes last minute of course) just to prepare kids.
Love the updates, our son loves it and has made a ton of friends and learns a lot.
