Mrs.Erin is for the families and staff. She goes above and beyond for the kids at Kiddie Academy. She is quick to make changes to areas in the school that need it like offering extra support for students and fixing items in the school that need TLC.

I have been very pleased with the child care services at Kiddie academy thus far. The staff is very nice and I can see that my son is learning alot, especially in his toddler 2 class. Ms. Martina and Ms Emily are both very helpful with addressing any concerns I have and I am always very appreciative of that. My only feedback, concern about KA is that I feel the sick policy could be managed better or amended in order to prevent so many toddler/ infant illnesses. I also would like to see a working hand sanitizer dispenser at the check in monitor, to further maintain cleanliness and prevent risk for spreading germs. Otherwise I am very pleased with the care my son has received thus far and I would recommend KA dunwoody to friends and family.

My child comes home daily and impresses me with new words and skills. He comes home telling me about his friends and teachers. I like that they keep the kids busy with learning and playing.

The way they care for and teach my daughter is admirable; they are always open to listening to any concerns. As parents, when we leave our child at the school, we feel that our daughter is in good hands. We couldn't be more satisfied with how my daughter has grown at the academy. Thank you.

This school has been an absolutely wonderful experience for my daughters. They have grown so much here — not just academically, but emotionally and personally as well. The support they receive goes way beyond the classroom, and you can really tell that everyone here genuinely cares about each child’s development.

The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, which makes it a great environment for learning. But what really stands out is the staff — every single teacher and every person who is part of this school is incredibly dedicated, warm, and kind. They put their heart into what they do every day.

Every teacher at Kiddie Academy Union Park is attentive and caring. We were very nervous to start daycare, but my son’s teachers truly love him and it is evident that they are dedicated to his education and growth. I also appreciate their communication and making sure they have the most up-to-date information about the kids! The staff are easy to contact, and we are really thankful that we have access to the video cams in his room, not that we need it much, we trust our teachers fully!! They’ve been super helpful with the transition to table food, and I believe they’ve been a saving grace for my son’s eating habits. I would absolutely recommend KAUP a hundred times over!!

Do a great job following a curriculum and keeping kids on track. Balance educational learning with fun and exploring new things. Overall great care provided and I highly recommend them!

Kiddie Academy has encouraged learning in the most beautiful way—but what truly sets it apart, and what is so hard to find, is the genuine love and care my daughter receives every single day. Her teachers, LouAnne and Jothi, have been an absolute gift to our family.

LouAnne is like her sweet, southern Mississippi grandmother—warm, nurturing, and loving her as if she were her own grandchild. That kind of bond is priceless. Jothi brings such balance and peace to the classroom; her calm presence and kindness create a safe and grounding environment where children truly thrive.

The leadership at Kiddie Academy is equally remarkable. Dominic and Geen, the directors, are incredibly attentive and hands-on. They don’t stay behind the scenes, they are present, engaged, and visible, regularly visiting classrooms, reading books, and spending meaningful time with each class. It speaks volumes about their commitment to both the children and the teachers.

The greatest testament of all is my daughter herself. She often talks about how much she’s going to miss LouAnne and Jothi, and she’s already said she wants to come back to visit Kiddie Academy once she’s in kindergarten. She even invited LouAnne and Jothi to her birthday party where family and friends celebrated. Knowing that her early school memories are filled with love, safety, and joy means everything to us.

We will forever be thankful for Kiddie Academy and the incredible people who have helped shape our daughter’s early years. This place will always hold a very special place in our hearts. 💕

We have had an exceptional experience with Kiddie Academy in Chesterfield. Our daughter began her journey here when she was just over two years old and recently graduated from Junior Kindergarten, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and education she received throughout.

It’s amazing how much my kids have grown and learned in the year and a half we have been at Kiddie Academy. The teachers truly care for my kids and my kids favorite part of the day is getting to see their teachers!

Kiddie Academy has been part of developing my kids, and in comparison to the one other child care center we used, Kiddie Academy is the only care I want for my children. The team is professional, accommodating to requests, and communicative about where my child's development stands.

Lots of activities for the kids and teachers who really care about the kids and lot

My co teacher and I were very upset to read the review. We did not expect this from these parents, Sujan and Sirish Amasa.. We had a lot of respect for you but it saddens me to hear you talk about our childcare center the way you did and this is our honest opinion. You do not know our owner’s background to say he is or is not qualified. I’m not sure what decision you are referring to when you are saying the cost saving ones. He always does what is best for the children and his employees. I don’t know why he fired the director nor is it any of my business. Then we have holiday parties. Yes we do as parents to bring things for our parties. I don’t know of any Center that does not, We have the parties For the children to have experience of all the holidays. I also haven’t had any other Parent to complain about bringing things As this is a volunteer thing as well. We do ask for volunteers during our fall festival in our Easter hunt but again it’s all voluntary. We are fully staffed, we have two teachers to each room. We do have a floater and she comes in when someone is out or sick or off. We have most Major holidays off. Some facilities do have the Fourth of July week off. When you’re referring to the two weeks in December in January, one of those weeks is for us to do our qualifications or certifications in the classes that we must take by law in North Carolina to be working at the facility, so it’s a working at home to get everything done, the last week is to be off with our family which we certainly appreciate. On the inclement weather days he always puts the children ,the parents ,and his employees. When he feels like it is unsafe, people do come from further away than possibly you may have he does put them first. And when we’re all for all of these days, it is paid for us. He looks at it like inclement weather. We cannot have any control over that so we should not suffer financially. When the students are moved to a upper class, there is a lot in consideration it’s consideration that are there more than 24 students in there how mature they are and how far along they are the class that you were talking about there were six children that we’re not moved up simply because they were not mature enough emotionally or socially yet they will eventually do that but we made that call ourselves. We nurture your child. We loved her. We tried to Help with confidence in her. My coworker and I took it as a personal insult to us because we did try our best to love your child and help her reacher her goal to get to kindergarten . Our childcare is passionate ,wonderful ,and caring,and we treat every child the same. We did hear your concerns about the picture taking sending on the tadpole, we try to send pictures to each parent daily, but sometimes our schedule is overwhelmed with a lot of stuff that goes on and we can’t send pictures daily ,we do try. We have anywhere from 20 to 24 children in each room and we try to give each child the attention and the love and compassion that we can give each child.You may have had a bad experience, but let’s put all of this Aside and everyone just move forward, the back-and-forth is not helping anyone . You have moved on, and we wish you well and we will always love your daughter.

Very good staff, keeping kids engaged

I like that many of the teachers seem to know my child personally, and genuinely care about her. It means she gets care and attention that matches with her needs. I also like the diversity of engagement activities and centers, and the robust summer programming.

We love how consistent the teachers are, communication is great, the facility is clean and well organized, and everyone works as a team!

The staff is caring and friendly. I trust that they have my child’s best interest in mind.

We have been with KA Union Park for 3 years now and have had a great experience. Our child is well cared for and happy to go to school. Staff has been easy to work with. We are thankful we have a place where our son is cared for and looked after well.

I like how attentive everyone is, any concerns I have they are being addressed. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter in your care.

The staff are great! Also, I appreciate the updates and feedback related to how my son behaves with others. It helps and I use it to hold him accountable.
