She sold me on the tea shampoo because she explained the advantages of it while she cut my hair vs what every other time someone just wanted to sell me something. She didn't have to try to sell me when I checked out, I was ready to buy. but she did not "push" it on me while cutting hair - she engaged in conversation - make a connection before she explained it to me.

Service was outstanding! Not a very long wait at all! First time visiting and got the VIP treatment. The hotsteam towel wrap, while my hair was being washed was superb! Planing my next hair cut very soon.

Brittany was nothing less than phenomenal. It's stylists like her that will keep me loyal to the new Cormelius, NC location.
