The products and services are the same at all locations. It is the people that make the locations special, interesting and attract customers to repeatedly return. Such is my situation. I found Dana by sheer recommendation and she is an extraordinary stylist, energetic, has heart and sincerely cares about the customer's experience and quality of the styling. I recently was hospitalized and came to her with the plan to shave off the 3 weeks of accumulated facial growth. My wife urged me to try having Dana shape and trim my beard. I am so enjoying my beard and part of that experience is going once a week for trim and every few weeks for my hair to be cut and styled.
I attend the cornielius nc location, and have been seeing brittney m. for the duration of my time going. The customer service is great, they are kid friendly and she has never gave me a bad cut!! Ive even sent my wife to see her, and she as well loves the job that Brittney does. Two thumbs up all the way around!! Now i just have to figure out how to get my wife to massage my head like she does!! Thank you

Service was friendly and quality of cut was very good.
I do not use any products but I really like the way the stylist who cuts my hair is willing to give me advice and help with hair that is thinning and very straight which makes it difficult to manage. The price for a cut is super considering Salons for ladies cuts are exorbitant and their stylists just would not listen or follow through on my requests for specific solutions which I was sure would help me to manage caring for my hair easier. I am very satisfied using Sports Clips even though it is geared to men's hair care. The only thing I don't care for is the television programming but that is not a deal breaker!

the best part is having a hair wash after a hair cut keeps all the hair from being shed later. They also do a great job of cutting hair. The TV's are a nice touch too.
