Good job of cleaning and I am willing to pay the price but with the size of my house and cleaning for just 2 people I think the price is a little high for others.

I love everything about your company and people. I would normally say I would highly recommend you to others. But right now I miss my ladies. I am hoping you haven’t changed them on me. I have normally had team 5 who are Mariana and Margarita. I can’t wait for them to come back. The others are ok, but not as wonderful as team 5 is.

They are punctual friendly and do an ok job. Whatever they do is cleaning I don’t have to do
House was clean and beautiful! I will definitely use Molly Maids again!
Ladies did very thorough job and moved along quickly without wasting time.
Their cleaning of all the items I figured they wouldn't clean. For instance nick nacks on the very very high shelf. Windows on fireplaces and hutches inside and out, the top of light bulbs. They have a magic potion for the shower door. I'm very satisfied with them
Most of them are careful with my belongings. I do wonder how good they are at not bringing Coronavirus from another home into my home.
The management is very responsive to any queries a customer may have about services. The random quality checks to verify quality services provided by the staff. Although, there are instances that may occur for the most part services are consistent and team members provide quality services.
They do a great job, always on time and pleasant attitudes!
Their consistency and going the “extra mile” to make sure the job is done right. The only thing that is missing is mints on the pillows!
