First off, Annette and Angela, are great ladies; personable but also professional.
I love the way my house smells when they leave, my kitchen sparkles for about a week after they are moved. They have a great way of dividing up the work to make sure it all gets done. If they miss something, they are sure to get it the next time; however, right now I can't think of anything they have missed.
The office staff is easy to work with regarding scheduling and the cleaning teams do a great job! I believe Molly Maid is taking COVID-19 very seriously and is committed to the protocols they have put in place to minimize exposure risk.
The plan...maintenance of things that need done so you don't spot something and say "Oh, that needs cleaned!". They maintain the important areas like light switches, fans, window frames, upholstery, etc.
Always a thorough cleaning without me telling them what to do!
