I look forward to the house cleaning every two weeks. Seeing and smelling the freshly cleaned house brings a smile to my face and decreases my stress levels, which is priceless. I feel the house is thoroughly cleaned. Well done!! I would have given a 10 out of 10, but this is due to two issues within the last six months- directly following a cleaning day, the upstairs bathroom toilet seat hinge (right side) was broken off and the seam on the chaise lounge cushion in the media room was torn open. My husband and I took care of both these issues without reporting them because we did not want to deal with all the correspondence in rectifying the two situations. Overall, we are happy with the service and look forward to future business.
Both women were engaged with their specific cleaning job. Also, everything was left so shiny and clean. Also, I appreciate no perfume spray.
