The ladies are very thorough. My house is littered with antiques and collectibles, and the ladies are very careful with them.
The best thing about it is that we don't have to do this boring chore any longer.
They did a fine job...we'll likely have to split the house in 1/2 of their time & work since it's so big...might work best 1 month on 1 floor...the next month on the 2nd floor...works for me as well...and...would prefer occurs on Thursdays those months, Seems they're not used to big houses.
If possible, as that's when all the outdoors services occur on those days...pools, landscaping etc. and I don't have to deal with multiple services in/around the house. Please let me know and we'll confirm such to begin January 2019.

We appreciate the promptness (usually) of our cleaning crew. They are responsive to our needs, pleasant to work with, and efficient in their cleaning. The one thing that the former crew did more thoroughly (before we were switched to the Irmo branch) was the mats on the kitchen floor -- understandable, since the kitchen is usually assigned to rookies and newer workers, and the mats are heavy and awkward to muscle around. Please don't assign us to a different crew; we are happy with our current crew.

Team #17 Tila and Ralekwa do amazing work!! The house is clean and they really take pride in their work, and its a REALLY hard job. I had the oportunity to talk to Tila and she is SUCH a warm and friendly person, I knew she was someome that I could have talked to for hours.
