Pretty thorough (missed some of the high dusting) but house looked great, they worked quickly, and best of all we get to come home to a nice clean house without having to do the time consuming work ourselves. I'd like to add that we have two dogs and three cats, and four generations of family living in our house so lots of mess but Molly Maids has done a fantastic job.

My only complaint would be that I would prefer a set time for each visit. I am not an early morning person and would prefer a set time of 9 am.
My Molly Maid cleaners always show up in their time frame and efficiently clean our house. I usually have the same team each week. Molly Maid is also flexible. I called them on Dec 26th to see if I could reschedule my standing appt for a day earlier (due to unexpected guests) and they were able to comply with my request which I greatly appreciated.
I just recommended your service to a friend. Quick, professional, careful around delicate items.

The ladies always do a great job and we are very pleased at how clean our house is.
They do a very nice job. If you have a specific request, you just let them know and they'll take care of it. They all have been very friendly and have a great attitude about their jobs. When you call the office for any reason, you either talk to Jill or Lola and they both just seem so happy that you've called. They always try an accommodate your request whatever it might be.
