What I like about Molly Maid is that you stand behind the house cleaners, and that if at all possible I always get the same team of house cleaners. I've used your services for over 2 years and am very satisfied.
Everything was perfect except for one thing- the door was unlocked! It’s totally fine that it happened and I am still super pleased with how the apartment looks. A note- if the crew would be willing to lock the door when they leave, they can open it, press the little lock on the handle in, and then close it.

I like having one consistent person assigned to my home. There is usually another person who changes but at least one person knows the house and what needs to be done. The schedule of rotation cleaning keeps my home clean plus you can always request attention to an area that needs extra attention. Staff is customer oriented and want to make things right.
