Excellent service!
I like the flexibility of scheduling.
The girls arrived quietly and quickly went to work. The bathroom sparkles when they leave. And I find the rest of the house is much easier to keep clean after they have been here. Nice work ladies.

I was very happy with the work done this time. The cleaning seems to have improved immensely from the last few times I used the service a few months ago. I will get back on a regular schedule as long as the work remains as great as this last time.

Whenever I get back to my home, it is so clean, smells amazing and it is peaceful!! I am horrible at cleaning and these ladies really make up for it. I also love that they bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies, because that results in consistent service.
I have been using Molly Maids for a number of years, initially when I was traveling out of state for work, but kept them on after I started working from home and now retired. I was and remain totally thrilled with not only the performance of their work, but also the fact that they treat my home the same if not better than I might.
If they see something that may not be "on the list", they will inquire if I want them to address that area. They are also VERY efficient and organized based on their conversations between themselves of who is going to do what tasks.
Before I started using Molly Maids, I had an independent person and since it was only one person, the amount of time she was here at times was a bit disruptive, especially keeping two dogs locked up while she was here for about 5+ hours per visit.
I guess to sum it up, the service I receive from the Molly Maid staff provides me with a great sense of comfort and confidence. Not something that is easy to come by these days!
I almost forgot.....during their visit this week (my husband passed away 12/22/17 and he always used the bathroom in the lower level), I flushed the toilet there, just to be certain it wouldn't freeze up and the darn thing started overflowing like a flood. The Molly Maid person heard me yelling and came downstairs and saw a valve on the baseboard in the bathroom and said turn that knob that;s the water source and wa-la she was right. That keep the overflow from getting into the family room with brand new carpeting.
As having been AVP for AIG Insurance and an independent contractor for oversight of Workers Comp Insurance after that, I can tell you with total confidence, the staff I have doing my home "does Molly Maids proud"!

Level of detail, friendliness of the team, attention to detail, and scheduling flexibility
I like having the same people come each time so they know what I like and expect I like having a clean house when they are finished.
They are friendly, courteous and consistent, on time and don't work to get through fast but do great work not watching the clock.
I had 1 person help themselves to 11 bottles of essential oils that I had put in a basket 1 week before the person came to my house. I put 22 bottles in a decorative basket, no one had been to my house but me until they came so I know it had to be that person. I was very sorry that that happened. I was going to confront the person the following cleaning day but they didn't come back. I have never missed anything else since that incident.
I appreciate having the service as I am handicapped and elderly and it is a blessing for me.
