I don't think I can adequately express how much I LOVE my Molly Maid team! I tend to forget that it is Tuesday (they come every other week) and then I go home for lunch or after work and my house is beautiful and my mood lifts and I am so happy! They are - quite simply - great!

The ladies have been doing our house for over 2yrs and for the most part they have been great. I've had 2 different teams plus some others, the 2 teams are the best.
The crew I have is dedicated and efficient. If I find something amiss, all I have to do is say something to the team leader and it is remedied immediately. They are friendly, but focus on their work.
I have been a customer for at least 4 yrs and have found most of the teams are very good and sometimes go beyond. I leave my house picked up and neat so it is easy to vacuum and dust. The last 2 times i have noticed a change kind of a take it for granted job is easy get in get out. The washing of floors is sloppy leaving marks. I have one less room to clean as closed off for winter heat saving so i worry they are just skipping their usual very attentive work. Vacuuming furniture not complete don't move lap blankets to shake out. Like i said worried they are just not as worried about me as a regular. If that would continue I mighl consider more options. I just do it myself in between my cleaning which is only monthly so i clean myself and would like same quality i do. Thanks for asking
