We have had some very good teams, but some not so concerned about the job. I would like having the same team assigned each month so we could feel they knew the house and the assignment.

The ladies are thorough and very competent. I trust them completely.

We still get black cord marks on wall corners from vacuum .

The vacuum also tears up the fringe on our oriental carpets. These fringe areas should not be touched by the vacuum ever. Some fringes are almost gone in areas that can be reached while areas that can't be easily reached are in tact.

I can no longer do this type work so I really appreciate Molly Maid coming in and taking care of what I cn't

Our house always looks and smells so fresh and clean! Every detail is noticed - from the ceiling fans to the baseboards, and everything in between. My cleaners are timely and the communication has been great. So happy to have Molly Maid in my home every two weeks!

I've been completely satisfied with the effort these ladies put into my home. I have 1of 2 regular ladies who clean and I feel they take a personal interest in my home. I am occasionally home when they clean and am impressed by the way they are always on task.
