the two ladies who come here are very lacking in english - I'm not sure they understand what I say to them. They do pretty good work,.................. lacking in detail. They seem to be efficient with their time and do a pretty good job of general housekeeping.

same team (at least the same team leader) each time; always prompt, courteous; never have to ask/mention the same thing twice; if something is pointed out, they go over and above and do even more than asked! and attention to detail, a huge plus cuz it's the little things that count (like combing out the fringe on area rugs) :)

The team of two professional cleaners shows up on time, as scheduled, and they get right to work. They speak English which helps me communicate with them, since that is the main language I speak. I appreciate the call that the team is on its way several minutes before they arrive. They use their own cleaning tools and supplies, but will use specific ones I have that I ask them to use, which is helpful. I like to have the same team continue to come, when possible. Most of the time we get the same team, which is Team 5, headed by Ricardo. It is the same one that I have become accustomed to, and they are very good. I also feel we can completely trust them, which is so important!

Crew cleans efficiently and leaves house smelling fresh. Crew is personable and is prepared to get the job done.
Cleaners get in, do their job and get out leaving us with a delightfully sweet smelling and clean house in about two hours.

The house is cleaned quickly and in the same manner no matter which team is cleaning it.

I would just like to thank Alicia M. for cleaning my apartment and always doing an excellent job. There is no greater feeling than coming home to a clean apartment from my busy day at work. I have a pet and she does a great job making sure everything is clean. I really appreciate her hard work! Molly Maids is always reliable and responds to last minute reschedules for my busy schedule. Cristal M helped Alicia today and did an excellent job as well! Very friendly and kind.

Always prompt and do a beautiful job cleaning our home! I used to have individual cleaners come in, but they took a long time, changed days, brought grandkids along, wanted to chat and socialize while cleaning. Molly Maids comes in and out very quickly. They are just there to clean and do a beautiful job, they are friendly but not looking to socialize, very professional. They never cancel and always keep the scheduled times. Resourceful in cleaning products and adapting to the needs of the home.
