First time I ever had anyone clean my home but myself. They were conscientious and as thorough as they could be around my accumulation of pictures and memories. I appreciated their communication when they questioned whether they should do something or when they ran into results not quite up to their standards. I’ll have them again.

Team did a great job. We gave some feedback after last visit and the team was very responsive to our input and did a wonderful job. We have used Molly Maid for many years and will continue to do so.
The two ladies that came were very efficient and did a very good job of cleaning for a move. The house was not yet empty so I'm sure It was was more difficult to work around items. They arrived right on time.
I did not like that I never received an e-mail confirmation that I was promised, even though I called twice.

Predictable, consistent, complete, friendly and courteous.
They are thorough. I especially appreciate the actions I rarely if ever did myself -- cleaning the dust off blinds and vacuuming the upholstered furneiture. They are very professional!
