The ladies doing the work were very friendly and professional. The cleaning work was great.

Only bummer was that I had asked them to clean out the fireplace ashes and they did not. I did not deduct for this because I figured it was a liability thing, but it would have been good to have gotten a call letting me know it wasn't able to be done. The new owners complained and I had to go on my lunch and spend 40 minutes cleaning it myself.

It was timely and efficient and the maids could comprehend English well, which is a plus.

Efficient cleaners. They always greet you with a smile. They are studious and go about their task. If you have a special request, they will will do it. In other words, the gals are 'down to business ' all the time.

The cleaners who came to my home were friendly and interested in what I had in mind for what needed to be done in my home. They were very open and agreeable in letting one of my little dogs stay in the home while cleaning. They worked hard and were diligent in their efforts. I was very happy and satisfied with the job these ladies did. Because I was ill for 2 years I was not able to clean my home. I feel as if I have my beautiful house back now. It's clean and fresh. I like the dependability. I can count on a crew to come as scheduled even if one of the regulars is sick or on vacation. I like that the same people are regularly at my home and work efficiently and professionally. I appreciate being able to write a check for payment, and know that the company provides training and is bonded. I like the freedom to enjoy the time I have to be on the go and not have to schedule time to clean the house myself, not to mention the physical limitations I'm feeling in retirement. I also find it easier to keep the home decluttered knowing that every other Tuesday it needs to be ready for cleaning.

So far they dont get in a big hurry I can ask them anything they will tell me yes or no so far well please with there work

The office is supposed to send me receipts of my cash payments but having gotten on for March nor April's cleaning. Please send me those receipts.
