My one annoyance is that if something breaks while they're here I wish they would either tell me (since I've been here due to the 'shelter in place' or at a minimum leave a note.
A few cleanings ago the upstairs toilet broke, not their fault, a part wore out. A note would have been nice.
Coming in-time,worked fast and very thorovly,very friendly.

The team did an excellent job of cleaning. I was under the impression from your email that they would wear masks and shoe covers. I could be wrong but when they arrived there were no masks except the one that I wore I did leave and they may very well could have covered up after I left. Again I want to say that they did a great job Because my young grandkids were coming in that day I did feel it needed for me to go back and spray Lysol in each room. I will see you guys next month!
Ladies very professional pleasant and started working the minute they came in we were very grateful they could come I am not physically to vacuum etc and we were really happy they could come and pleased with their work

The cleaning was timely and quick. Everything I wanted clean was thoroughly cleaned. They let me know when they were on their way and when they were done - very helpful! Service was great, as well as convenient.
The wo ladies were very professional and extremely competent. I will definitely be calling in the future for cleanings, when I can afford them. My house has never been cleaner !
