I like that the team is willing to use some products that I have here at the house. For example the wood cabinets. They are cleaned with Dawn to protect the finish. I also appreciate the heads up when they are on their way.
I like that it's always the same two people who come every time. They are consistently thorough. Even during this COVID-19 crisis, they have been coming on their regularly scheduled dates, wearing masks and avoiding my family members. I also like how responsive Candice is whenever I call because I have to change a date. They are always able to accommodate changes (although I try not to do that to them too often), and if Candice is not there to answer the phone, I just leave a message, and she calls me right back. Great customer service!
