For two years, we have found Molly Maid to be dependable, flexible, reliable, hardworking and pleasant to work with. Both the office and cleaning staff are concerned and considerate about their customers, and I feel listened to. In addition, I have had the experience of watching their workers train a new staff member which was done with kindness and patience, which speaks to me about how they are treated. We had the same two people for over a year and one of the original crew members is still at our home every other week, which I believe is an impressive record for any industry. I have recommended and would not hesitate to recommend Molly Maid for excellent delivery of cleaning as well as customer service and a great value for the price.
