My cleaning team is terrific. The team is always well dressed in the Molly Maid's uniform. They greet us with a cheerful "Good Morning" and get right to work. They do an excellent job every time they are here, which is every other Wednesday morning. I can't do in 8 hours what they accomplish in 2 hours. The house is dusted, the floor vacuumed and treated with Bella Wood floor treatment, the ceiling fan blades are dusted (All 5 of the fans). The walls are wiped down with the ladies' cleaning brush and feather duster. The TV screen and the pictures hanging on the wall are wiped and straightened. The venetian blinds are dusted. The bathroom floors are mopped, tubs, sinks and commodes are washed and treated to a good scrubbing. I have seen them on their hands and knees scrubbing out the tub and polishing the furniture. They change the linen on the beds and take it to the laundry room. They vacuum then mop the tile floors. They empty all the trash cans and take the trash bags outside and place them in the green containers. I can not say enough good things about my cleaning ladies. They are tops in my book. If you are hesitant about hiring Molly Maids-Don't be. I recommend them highly. They have had a key to my front door for 5 years now and always lock the door when they leave, with a cheerful "Bye Bye".

I have only been using Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County for a few weeks now but so far they have done a good cleaning job in an efficient and professional manner. I appreciate that they are pleasant but do their work without a lot of chatter.
They move like a well oiled machine and get a lot done in a short time, saving me money. I can only speak for my team, but I wouldn’t trade them for anything! Robin is an exceptional team leader who guides her teammate and checks all the work before they leave. Misty Is a gem who does a fantastic job all through the house. As my husband is ill, they are both very compassionate and extra kind to him which is above and beyond. I have to say that if I didn’t have Robin & Misty I might consider just doing it myself.

The ladies that I have had here have been willing and done a good job. Since I have only used the service twice, I can't have a very thorough opinion. I did notice that the ladies the second visit were not the same as those on the first, which was a little disappointing, as I prefer to have
the same folks each time. I do understand that is not always possible with everyone's schedule, but ordinarily that would be my preference.
Please tell our Team they are AWESOME!!! :):):)

Efficient, professional, and competitively priced.
The ladies are polite and do a wonderful job.

Sandy SpringsTeam Four is always friendly and courteous and quick to Respond if special services are required. The office staff is very Professional and sensitive to your needs.They take their time and do not rush you to get off the phone.
Everything! The ladies are excellent and professional what a team! I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend when the opportunity presents itself.
The team was very professional. I had to work from home that day and they just cleaned around me and didn’t make me feel like I was in the way. They made sure that if they were going to go over time to ask me if that was something I wanted. They got on their hands and knees to clean all the base boards and they look amazing! I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
