The owner actually came to do the estimate. She knows her stuff and knows the time needed for vary differing conditions. She listened attentively and understood how i wanted to phase my cleanup to match my painting schedule. it was an easy conversation. My place had not been dusted in a very long time. the day the team showed up was no different from most of my days - rushed and busy. They went to work quickly and spent exactly the hours quoted on my phase I. i was amazed they got all the items i needed. that pesty gutter in the window sill, the baseboards and wall trim. they even mopped (i had only expected them to sweep or vacuum) and got the hallway so that i am not embarrassed to greet someone at the door. So now onto painting the bedrooms and hall way and after that calling back Molly Maid for phase II - living room, dining room, and kitchen....
