As soon as I called for pricing on a top to bottom cleaning of my house after selling it and prior to the new home owners moving in, I knew I would use them even though the cost was higher than the other two places I had called. The pricing was clear, consistent, understandable and now I know, well worth it. I have lived in my house for 17 years, had 3 pets, and three children, so when I was moving out of my house I found that there was a lot neglected areas that were downright gross. They came in and took care of it all without making me feel embarrassed about the dirt at all. My refrigerator, staying with the house, looked brand new- even the freezer drawers that had frozen on melted Popsicles and half peeled off boxes looked brand new. Teenagers are tough on their rooms – and now you can’t even tell teenagers ever lived there. I gave a time limit and a priority list, and amazingly they worked as hard as they could to get everything done. And they did, with a little bit of time left over. Because there is a crew of 2 or 3 depending on the size of the house or condo being cleaned they are done in about an hour
The staff are always pleasant and friendly; one of the crew is the leader to make sure the job is done well
I use a different franchise for my suburban house; they are excellent too
