The team consistently pays attention to the dirty details of our home and the quirks about how I like things done. Our kitchen takes a beating and is always brought back to sparkling clean, the bathrooms are made fresh, and the bedrooms and living areas get tidied and shined. The office is flexible with schedule changes and the administrative staff is friendly and available. All Aces for Molly Maids.

The people :- Brandi the team lead has been coming consistently for the last few months. She knows what we want done and confirms the common cleaning each time and any changes we want. She is open to feedback and suggestions and very eager to help us keep our home clean.
The process:- The automatic scheduling and note taking the Molly Maids does. Also the customer service team is pretty responsive.
