The Molly Maid cleaners are extremely serious about their work and have a strong sense of responsibility about their performance. They are very thorough and leave no part of their task undone. I have used them for years for my two-bedroom Gold Coast condo and have always been pleased when I returned home after their visit. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional cleaning service at a reasonable cost. The owner (Arnie) checks in with the client once in a while to assure the client's satisfaction and to ask for any possible new suggestions regarding the service. The woman at the office (Rosie) is easy to reach and very helpful in coordinating the various parts of the business. Very friendly, detail oriented staff, great and cleaning. I also appreciated getting a phone call saying that an item in my home had been broken. It was actually me that broke the statue a couple of days before and I just left the piece next to it to fix later. Sadly my cleaners thought they had damaged it and I got a phone call from their manager to work out the problem. It made me feel confident that if there was a problem they would let me know.
