Attention to detail -- they got out scratches on the dishwasher front I'd given up on -- now it looks perfect!! Also, the bottom panel of stove -- I'd given up! Fridge was perfect too MV -- clean!!
Tiles in the shower -- much more white -- corners, good.
Only complaint was the cleaning substance used on wood floors left streaks -- they offered to come back to correct this. I'd previously used both BONA (rec) and WET JET with WET JET CLEANER and had good results.
2 girls arrived on time and left only a little more than the 2 hours estimated.

Team #6 is very nice. When there were delivery boxes out side of the door, they brought them in to the house. Very appliciate that kindness.

This was our first experience using a professional cleaning service and we were more than satisfied. For medical reasons, we required a comprehensive deep clean throughout the living areas. A team of two, male & female, arrived as promised and were equipped with an impressive array of tools and cleaning treatments. They were focused, professional, and pleasant folk who worked cooperatively with each other with both paying close attention to the tasks at hand and the need for detailed deep cleaning. By the time they were done, the overall feel of the area they'd worked (about 1,100 sq. feet) just felt generally more comfortable, more inviting, and just basically improved. The stainless dishwasher, 3 door refrigerator, and stove looked almost new, and surfaces felt perfectly clean when touched. A delightful feeling. -

Due to my work schedule and some medical issues, I was unable to really do a "deep clean" to my house. I was pleasantly shocked when I got home and my home was immaculate!!! My priority list included my upstairs, bathroom and if that got done in the two hours I paid for to go to my kitchen. The way my house looks, I think the entire house was cleaned. I wasn't expecting it. Thank you so much!!! I can't afford to have my house cleaned every month but I will possibly do it every 3-4 months.

The ladies clean thoroughly and quickly.
I've been using Molly maid for a little over a year. This was initially supposed to be a short term service. But the attention to detail and courtesy of the staff and flexibility of scheduling, have made me keep them on. They take care of some of the tedious tasks around the house so I can enjoy my time off of work instead of having to do house work. I can concentrate on other things and spend more time with family and friends.
The workers are friendly while remaining professional; they always arrive on time and start work immediately; they are efficient and do a great job cleaning our house. We love our team.

The ladies (Team 1 !) did an excellent job with the initial walkthrough so they had a very good understanding of the rooms/area/items to be cleaned.
They cleaned every room, bedrooms, bathrooms , drawers, cupboards inside and out.
The ladies also pointed out specific areas that stains could just not be removed. (example heavy wear & tear under the kitchen sink)
Simple solution- just cover the area with shelf liner.
I could tell they worked well together as a team.
The place was spotless, showed great attention to detail and smelled super clean the instant I walked through the door.
