The two women went right to work and cleaned everything with no prompting and seemed to like their job. When the landlord looked at the apartment they said it was one of the cleanest they had seen. We didn't have any charges deducted from our deposit so that was great! I really enjoyed the two women who cleaned our townhouse and would ask for them again if the occasion arises.

The cleaning was pretty good and the time taken was the one informed when I asked for the quote.
The young women that clean for me are very professional and very helpful; . They always ask if there is anything special that I want them to do. I am visually handicapped so often have to ask if I do not k now if something has been taken care of and sometimes I queen what has been done. They seem take it in stride. It is also difficult for me to write e-mail so please any mistakes. Mrs. Last name removed

The house always looks so clean and smells so fresh.
I have 1 regular girl who comes every week and usually brings 2 others with her. She is always very up beat and happy. She brings a little ray of sunshine with her.
Hopefully they do not replace her as not only do we enjoy her presence but my puppy looks forward to seeing her as well.
And my house looks so nice when they leave.

Very thorough! The only one we have had that has done exactly as stated! Did an excellent job!! Little pricey I feel, however if one can afford it is well worth your money
I love my Molly Maids! They are fun and work around us. We have had some health setbacks and Molly Maids accommodated our needs and schedules. Worth every cent!

The rooms looked organized and clean when the girls finished. They had to work around obstacles of moving boxes but were still able to clean and make rooms look great. When finished, they asked me to check their work which was appreciated. They were professional in all ways.

Molly Maid is going to get the job done. I have been a Molly Maid loyal continuous customer for many years and I do not know what I would do if I did not have their service. I like that they know what "I" want in a cleaning service. I like that they can accommodate me asking for additional cleaning services and increase or decrease in dates of service. Molly Maid really educates their employees on products. They will know what are the best cleaning products for for your home because we all know all homes are not the same. They are not a one stop all for one cleaning product user. They are going to use the best and most gentle products that will get the job done for your home.
I gave specific instructions and they were followed and done. Communication was top notch. Very happy with our services.
