My Team is always on time. They are excellent. I have them every other week for house cleaning and would hire them for extra jobs when needed.
I am very picky about floors. The team at Molly Maids does a great job leaving our dark wood floors shining, doesn’t forget the corners & baseboards. I appreciate their attention to those details!

Your services seem thorough. The cleaners are polite & professional in manner, as are office staff. The office staff gives great oversight to the girls cleaning my house. So far, the prices are fair.
First the employees, they always seem so happy in their lives and just pleasant. The moment I see them, I just feel happier just knowing the are there to come to my rescue and clean the interior of my home! I love the little things they do, makes me feel pampered as if I've stepped into a hotel for a few minutes e.g. I walk into the bathroom and see the toilet paper folded, hand towel folded and placed on the counter (I giggle everytime). And lastly, but just as important, I love how clean everything is, everything just shines (mind you the house is breaking apart faster than I can fix it but their work, keeps me going to declutter and make the house get back to its original state).

They are prompt, never a call saying they can’t put a crew together for your cleaning. They are very thorough, you might have to point out an item or two that is a peculiar issue or a pet project for you personally. They have been very responsive if I pointed something out. Overall very happy!
