Polite friendly cleaners
Friendly, fast, careful, uniformed staff arrive in a Molly Maid auto. The office team is very easy to work with. The housekeepers always ask if there is any place that needs attention. I couldn’t be more pleased.

My only complaint is I thought I asked for a four hour cleaning visit and the ladies were only booked for two hours. I will clarify in the future.

I liked the ladies that came to my home because they were on time, very important to me, they had everything needed to do the job and got to the task at hand in a professional and timely manner. The were very careful with the vaccum cleaner and did not run it in to "my furniture as others have done, the base boards were also wiped down after vacuuming which is the correct way to clean them. I asked if they could return as a team again and they were very clear that I need to talk to the company, very pleasant woman! I would definitely use your services again. Perhaps in two weeks please(same crew) Thank you for a job well done,I am telling my neighbors!

I'm really impressed with the way they clean. Exactly like I would and have cleaned my house. I love the attention to detail. I've only have had then 2x but I'm so impressed. `I'm upset with myself for not started sooner. It has saved me the worried about having to maintain my clean house. The two women were very professional, nice, and did a wonderful, thorough job. I just wish they had spent less time on dusting picture frames and other small details, which would have given them time to vacuum the living room and mop the kitchen floor. Next time I'll explain that floors are my top priority because the small stuff I can do myself.
They bring their own equipment and cleaning solutions, leaving less for me to worry about. I like that. I was also happy to see the Quality Control person arrive to inspect the job.
