The ladies I have now, both speak English! That is a plus for me! They do a good job, are conscientious, and I like being able to communicate to them! I haven’t used any other cleaning service, only individual ladies, so I don’t have that to compare, but I like the fact, that they break it, they pay for it, makes them more careful. They have a good philosophy.

I found the dusting to be insufficient. An example I left is the tall metal lamp table in the living room next to the secretary
