The house was unoccupied at the time & they did not object to letting themselves in and taking care of the premises. Consistency and dependable
The ladies didn't clean the laundry room. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours and they were only here for 2 hours. The rooms they did clean were very good. I wish I spoke Spanish as it is hard to communicate with them. This is my fault not theirs. I admire them for trying to speak another language. The ladies were extremely professional and pleasant.

what I do need to know is the time they will arrive as it makes a difference in my work schedule-
I like 10:30 AM ish but last week the ladies arrived at 2PM.
