The ladies that clean my home do a great job. I am usually not home when they come and I do not worry about that.
Standard format. Each team has the same list and set of chores to be performed so that no matter which team comes, you knowbthe house will be cleaned in the same way. The advantage of hiring a service rather than an individual housekeeper is that if the maid has car trouble or a sick baby, you are not caught having to make other arrangements (or clean the place yourself). With Molly Maids, these personnel interruptions do not affect your service. They simply dispatch an alternate team.
