The quality of the suit and the customer service. I would mainly go back because of the customer service. I can find a quality suit all over the country but great customer service is hard to come by. The location is convenient and most of the staff was very helpful. Reggie was amazing, the store manager not so much. The tuxes ended up looking great however there were several sizing issues.
