Erin, my trainer, crafts a workout that is perfect for me. She seamlessly adjusts to a different exercise if I am struggling. Her emphasis is not on overdoing but maximizing benefit by properly performing the exercises with correct posture.

Well when I started this program I would have been lucky to walk 10 ft without falling. After starting and getting trainer, I have been to Iceland and walked 4-6 miles every day. I have built up mussel and losing some weight. This facility is run by amazing manager (Erin) and Whitney who is also my trainer. They love you and treat you like family, it’s so nice to know they care. I would said sign up for personal training You will love the trainer’s and the great feeling you get when you get through Nothing is ever the same every time so it’s exciting to look for to going in.
