Staff were very friendly, funny, & knowledgeable.
The entire experience, atmosphere and VIP service was great. The scalp massage and shoulder massage could be a bit longer, but it was great nonetheless. Offering a manicure service, which I know would involve additional cost and health/hygiene issues, would be great too actually.

First and most importantly, the service was spectacular. It was great to see a retail/service that caters to the male community. It would be fantastic to see another location open within my city though. *hint* Kitchener, Ontario *hint*. The distance to travel for now will force me to visit less frequently than I would hope to, but I will return to the Guelph location from time to time.

Boy friendly atmosphere, quick, and a nice job was done on a tricky head of hair due to a few cowlicks.

It is a completely satisfactory service. I felt completely relaxed, not like most experiences where you feel awkward or nervous the first time.
