As her mom, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the treatment. Our hair dresser went out of her way to make sure that my daughter was calm and comfortable and went at a pace good for her. She used a calming voice, was very patient and accomodating and we greatly appreciated her time and effort! My daughter is excited about her next trim and can't wait to go back!!!
