The Real Seal is the Real Deal! During our home inspection, we encountered a foundation issue with a wall tipping in. I received 4 quotes and The Real Seal was by far the best. Manny explained everything in great detail, and we ended up going with the carbon fiber strap solution. He was the only person to identify issues with the prior cracks being filled with foam. He did all the heavy lifting with the team to make the process as seamless as possible, given I'm currently living 1.5 hours away. Manny communicated throughout the entire process and even sent pictures along the way. My home was treated like his Grandmother's home and the workmanship from Tomas and George was top notch. I don't typically write reviews, but this is quite possibly the best service I've received from a contractor. The Real Seal was even able to pull ahead the dates to help get my home listed sooner. 10/10 recommend.

Great customer service

Getting our sump pump replaced was one of the best things we have ever done! It started raining three days later and we could already hear it hard at work. We are thankful to know that the double-plastic-sealant layers are doing their job and directing water to the pump. The 6-man crew was super thorough, professional, and quick. They also tried to keep everything as clean as possible despite being a messy job.

I am very happy with my gazebo. The workers were easy to deal with and very competent.

I purchased a new window and had it installed on Tuesday November 21st. The men who installed our window were there on time and did great job. We are very happy and plan to get more windows in the future!

I spent several months trying to get my carport/awning fixed after a microburst tore mine apart. I got the quote, signed contract and a week and a half later they were at my home putting up a new structure. It looks great and is sting and structurally sound!
