friendly talented staff
The products and services are ok, but what makes it a worthwhile is the people who take care of you. The first location I visited did not give me a wow experience, it was a hair cut and shampoo. The location on Ann Arbor Saline Rd however was different. I was able to have a conversation with someone who felt more like friend. The first location I felt like she was working towards a I am cute and young tip me. There is a lack of customer service with younger generation.
Online experience is great and the girls are quick and efficient. Kelly in New Hudson is a pleasure 🙂

Took my 6 year old son to the location in Fenton, Mi. Tracy did an awesome job! She was patient with him. She also took time to give him options about the style at multiple points during the cut but always confirmed with me that it was ok to proceed! (Kids can request some crazy things).

Love the online app to get in line for the hair cut. Then the stylists at my location are all outstanding so I never have to worry about selecting first available
My experience was phenomenal. So there I was, outgrown, hair practically 3/76ths to my feet. My life was in shambles due to my unkempt appearance. I crawled a broken man into the one place I knew could change my entire appearance.. Sports Clips. As I walked through the doors I was waited on head and hair. Brought to a throne of change and watched as every snip and clip brought me to an acceptable look. My head was sculpted to perfection by a master at her craft. As I left the building, now with perfectly sculpted hair, I was met with opportunity after opportunity. Why my wife looked my way and exclaimed, "nice haircut" and so it was, my life was now in order, just like my hair.

Positives- Friendly and efficient staff, Cleanliness/cleaning after each haircut, Sign in system and wait time tracking. I ask for the same stylist each time who seems to be able to give me a consistent looking haircut each time. My stylist is friendly and positive in her attitude. (stylist is Makenly)
