Good service and easy check in on app, but we were sitting in an area not in eye sight of the register. Thankfully I was able to hear the person say they'd take a person ahead of my son because he was sitting right there. I knew that my son was next in line, so loud enough I stated that he was over here. I feel that they should at a minimum call out the next person in line instead of just asking the customer's name in front of them.

The hairdresser that I go to does an excellent job. She listens carefully to what I want and my hair ends up looking terrific. Not only that, but at my second visit about a month after my first one, she recognized me and remembered how I wanted my hair cut.
She is also very fast and efficient with all her customers, so I never have to wait long.
