Not products, it's the people that work there. They are Wonderful and considerate. Nicole is Great I am Autistic and she takes her time to make sure I'm comfortable. She also talks to me like I'm a regular person. It means a Lot to me.

Two things.
Along with my hair cut, I also came in to buy a bottle of MVRCK Skin Tonic. While in the chair, I was asked if I used jell in my hair, which I answered yes, and told the stylist the brand. She told me the brand I was using, in effect, wasn't all that great, but the store has a brand they use and its for sale. I later tried and its ok, but I'm staying with my brand. At the end of the cut, I told her I wanted to buy MVRCK Skin Tonic. I was informed that brought the last botte in the store because Sport Clips is discontinuing it. So, I was given the hard sell treatment for something I didn't want, and you stop selling something I actually wanted. Hmmm.
Second thing.
I live much closer to your Sport Clips location at 609 North Canal Rd, Lansing Mi, however, I drive 30 east to your Okemos location at 3520 Okemos Rd. I stopped going to the North Canal location because of a black hair 20 twenty something with a lot of tats who was rude to me. I never anything to her but she was also aloof and unfriendly.

I brought my two sons in and they both had a different stylist and both did a great job with them. They asked a lot of questions and made sure they were happy with the cut which was nice. It was pleasant experience.

I actually mildly dislike the whole sports branding, I've been coming back over 11 years because the Grand Rapids MI 28th St location is the only barbershop I've found while living in 4 states that consistently hires haircutters that give me good haircuts. And I'm pretty certain I've never had the same haircutter at Sports Clips twice. So whatever the hiring process is, it's that good!
