The haircut was great I was frustrated that when I checked in online my appointment was canceled because of the time it took us to get there from home and go to the bank to get cash because the sign out front said cash only. When we did get there I told staff about the appointment being canceled and we were put at the bottom of the list.

The stylist does a great job every time. The online check in is a joke to say the least. 5 minutes after the store opened, you were not allowed to check in, the system was telling customers that the system had already reached the maximum number of allowed online check ins. The time quoted is almost always not correct.
Justine was very attentive to my questions and knew exactly what I was asking for.
She also made several recommendations to help me achieve my goal.
