I was visiting in Grand Rapids, attending a convention at Amway Hotel Plaza. When it was completed and during the ride home. I decided to get my hair trimmed because it was getting a little Shaggy. I have always trusted Sport Clips to cut my hair. I searched Google for a few Sport Clips and there were a three in Grand Rapids and in a few reviews at your location, several people suggested to try Raquel. So I decided to book the appointment. I informed her that I was growing out I hair into a Mod Shag. I informed her that she was recommended on Google. And told her that I was only interested in getting a half-inch cut off all over and slightly textured. She complemented my choice of style. Followed my instructions precisely and my hair looked perfect, Exactly the way I wanted it to look. And I was grateful Because I told her I had several bad haircuts in the past. She was very supportive and aimed to satisfy.
