A lot of things. However Yoga is one of our favorites an it is definitely your stepchild. With the noise from the spinning room and the CLEANLINESS leaves a lot to be desired. The dust and noise at tines is overwhelming. The Monday class at times has 20-25 people. Everybody must have that weekend guilt. Sara is wonderful and doesn't have the heart to tell people we are full. Add a 11 o'clock class. I know Friday;s class wasn't well attended - maybe because it was Friday and not the beginning of the week. And get a bench outside - one shouldn't change their shoes inside a yoga room and besides the bench inside is full of baskets with supplies and equipment. I tell everyone, go somewhere else for yoga. The club is friendly to all other exercises otherwise.

Great up-to-date classes, personal attention, modern equipment, bright and cheerful environment, fantastic instructors,the much healthier and flavorful grill selections and the friendliness and competence of the club workers.

1. Very friendly staff especially at Reception. It is very welcoming to be greeted by a smile or hello these small touches are very important and effective in any business. Very helpful atmosphere. The first impression of the Westwood starts at Reception so friendly/professional is key. Jean and the girls always friendly and helpful.
2. Excellent choice of classes. Personally love the spinning classes.
3. Only negative is that sometimes toilets could be cleaner i.e. the one in corner close to the boxing area/stairs off main gym area.
Finally, would definitely highly recommend the Westwood and have done so in the past.

The building is clean and the staff are friendly . Machines are in good repair and the pool is wonderful. Will miss the pool when you close it in. May.

I like that the Club is open 24 hours and offers classes at no additional charge. The club is clean and has all the equipment that I need for a good cardio workout and upper body workout.
Good set of equipment, lovely staff that are always willing to help.
The fact its 24/7 opening hours and local makes it convenient to get to and plan around work shifts. But ultimately it is the friendly staff who always make an effort to start a converstation and offer good advice. Nice atmosphere :)

Like the fAct that all three gyms have wet areas - pools etc
Very complete range of services, both (1)cultural and (2)health activity related. Not everyone can get value from both areas of activity, hence membership not being beneficial to everyone. For myself, I am highly satisfied by the range and quality of the services I use.
