I use the treadmill in the room where the spin class and Yoga was.
My legs get cramped up when I finish and there is nothing resembling a
chair in the room nor a bench. Was wondering if you could put one in
there.
The wide range of equipment and the training classes make it easy to achieve my fitness goals.

We have already recommended MAC and the trainers to friends and relatives. We like the atmosphere and entire staff. The staff is actively involved with activities and are very helpful. MAC gives back to the community too by supporting the schools and the fire department. They are always searching to implement new programs and equipment. MAC is investing back into their operation! Staff is courteous and polite. It's a pleasure to be a member of the MAC

professional yet friendly. I like the fact that the staff in the fitness areas continually clean the equipment, even though we are responsible to clean it after our use... many people do not.
