Facility meets all my needs as it would a friend/associate. Friendly staff and trainers. Close by. Ample parking. Rady is a perfect location to change and head down The Crescent or into the park for a run. Variety of programs to choose from. Great pool. Changing rooms are always clean and tidy.
The facilities are in general super, although knocking the squash courts down without consultation was incredibly sneaky and did cause me to question my membership, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and always give an excellent impression of Westwood. I already have recommended Westwood to friends and family and got about 3 people to join for you.

The jungle downtown is amazing! Without it I would not be able to get in my workouts. The gals that work in there genuinely care about my children. April, Season, Madeline, and Jacki are all super wonderful. The first Friday jungle parties are also a big hit. I just love Isabel's yoga classes and the yin yoga class on Wednesday nights downtown. My trainer Audrey is fabulous and Cathy's Thursday morning Pilates classes are hands down the best Pilates class ever! Adenia's yoga classes are great too but my favorite is Selena's barre class on Monday nights. I also enjoy the TRX and the machines.

I love Sky, but I sm STILL amazed that there is not hot water consistently in the sinks of the women's locker rooms. Some of the sinks don't even work. Why is this? I've been told that there is screaming hot water in the finks in the men's locker rooms. I have brought this problem to the attention of management twice before. There is hot water for while, and then nothing

Staff is outstanding. They create a very productive and friendly environment over a cross section of members to include hardcore gym enthusiasts to members just looking to lose a few pounds. Everybody goes out of there way to make everyone else feel comfortable and most members know each others names. I already have recommended many friends and associates.

Clean equipment, good vibe. I do think we need more bench press benches and a side lateral machine for shoulders AND and electric scales instead of the basic one. It's imprecise
I like everything really! Two small issues but no big deal: i) people exiting sauna/steam room and jumping straight into the plunge pool. Highly inconsiderate of other users and pretty disgusting so perhaps more visible signs required. ii) People not replacing dumbells after use. Again, inconsiderate so perhaps more visibility on the posters that you guys already have. Everything else is great though! Thanks
