I like how open the gym is even if it get a little crowded I can still put in a decent workout.

It's a nice place and adequate for what I need it for. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.
I've been a member for about seven year. It's a pleasant place to call into, staff are welcoming and the trainer's are excellent. as I'm coming up to 69, I am unable for the road running I use to do and now I use some of your classes, coupled with some gym work.
Proximity to work. Space early in the morning.
In terms of how to improve:
- have a board up with classes going on
- if the trainers are in the gym with nothing to do they could always give tips (e.g. on technique). That would be a value add for the gym and possibly a good way of generating new business for them.

I have been sing Tom M. as a personal trainer and he has been wonderful to work with by constantly switching up the workout, being a good motivator and sharing a sense of humor. Cleanliness, variety of fitness classes, types of equipment in athletic facilities, choice of personal trainers, warmth of staff from the athletic desk as well as fitness instructors, availability of food at Schmoozer's, coffee on days that Schmoozer's is closed, the many, many programs offered on so many aspects of Jewish life as well as health, general interest, etc.
