Clean, friendly,
The fitness area is very spacious and easy to get around. The equipment is well maintained and easy to operate. The dressing rooms are clean and well supplied.
Enough staff around to keep the place in good working order. Constant cleaning is important. It would be nice to have boxes of kleenex around the gym to use, though.
The clean gym. It never smells like a dirty sweat sock like a lot of other gyms. The knowledge of the trainers, especially Sharon M. She has a wealth of knowledge for all. She keeps you motivated and she is fun. She gets you to do things you would probably not do if she wasn't watching you. Thanks Sharon!

Everything! You have a tremendous variety of machines to work out on, three different options for swimming/water exercising, steam rooms and hot tubs, and wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly....what more could one want?

You are the only game in town. It's too bad your not more concerned with customer satisfaction. Reducing the hours of operation during the summer is wrong. I still work eight hours a day, pay the same monthly rate and now have to change my schedule to accommodate yours. With school out of session more people will be using the facilities yet you reduce accessibility, causing crowding. I wish there were a 24 hour fitness center somewhere nearby.
Friendly people, clean facilities
All of the staff I have either worked with or encountered are knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the expertise of Bev, my trainer and she also makes the workouts & classes fun. Even though I don't take advantage of all the types of classes you offer (educational etc), I think it's wonderful that you provide so many options to so many age groups. I moved here from OR last August and I still rave to my friends back there about "my" wonderful "gym". You are so much more than a gym. I recommended JCC to my neighbors and I recently learned they joined and they like it too. I am looking forward to the new additions/updates.

I could tell from my first week that WAVE members take pride in their facility and treat the facility as they would their home. Staff and members are courteous. People clean up after themselves. Supplies are always readily available. The WAVE is a culture, not just another health club -- very happy I joined.
