This is the best and most affordable gym I have ever belonged to. The staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It is big, well-lit and clean. The classes are good. And it is very reasonably priced.
The instructors that have been teaching at nazareth, (also Christy S.) Have been the best I've had since I joined the jcc!!!! There workouts are exceptional!!!! Hoping Vanessa will be able to teach more than one 9:00 class!!!
I love all the instructors and the staff at the desk....every wednesday we stop at the coffee shop and have soup...love her soup and everyone is friendly there...Hours at jcc are good...I do miss Dennis and Katrinas class...it was my favorite....wish we could have something like it..

Great staff. Enough exercise equipment available that availability is rarely and issue. Able to get in, get my workout and get out in a timely manner.

Form and Fitness offers a number of group classes and training options. The facility is clean with up to date machines.

Friendly staff, variety of machines and classes, clean facilities, everything provided in locker rooms so I don't have to keep so much stuff in my gym bag, smoothies....I could go on all day.
It's a fantastic gym and fits my lifestyle perfectly. The staff (when I do go in the day) are all welcoming, friendly, helpful and motivating. Slough buzz gym should be very proud at what they have created. I'm glad to call it my gym.
