The facilities are so clean, there are so many classes to choose from, machines stay in working order, the staff is incredible, instructors are by and large fantastic. I have been meaning to give a shoutout to one staff member in particular in the Midtown location. Autumn is often in the smoothie bar, and she is consistently SO nice and sweet, always smiling, and always fast, even when the only thing I want is an ice water. I appreciate her great attitude!

The variety of equipment, walking/running track, etc. Tri Health is the only place I've been that has the stretching machines.
I like the choices of sauna, steam room and whirlpool. Nice number of showers. Everything is usually pretty clean.
like the variety of people who use Tri Health - no matter your age or physical condition this is a place you can feel comfortable. The staff at Tri Health is always friendly and helpful.

I like that everyone is always friendly and helpful. The gym is kept clean and organized. You have plenty of classes for all ages. And the machines get repaired quickly when they break.
