The very personal approach from staff. For instance, Scott at the tennis club is always greeting members with a smile. When I joined the club early last year, heimmediately knew my name the next time he saw me.

Good classes, great equipment.
As to the parking because the classes are back to back,
parking has been an issue, maybe if the classes were 15 min
apart one class would be gone and free up parking. Telling
folks not to park in certain areas is not the answer. Many
days coming for a 10:00 class there are no spots. Saying we have
plenty of parking is not true at the change over time of classes.

Friendly staff, cardio area machines are good, and in summer I like using a fan to keep cool. The new weight room area is great. There are a lot of different classes offered too. The pool sure gets a lot of use. I have been a member for a long time.
